Brennen Patrick Curtis
20, a resident of Indianapolis, passed away October 28, 2014 in a motor vehicle accident. He was born January 13, 1994 in Huntington WV.
Brennen was a 2012 graduate of Fishers High School and was a full time student at Ivy Tech. He worked as a waiter at Houlihan’s and was a member of East 91st St. Christian Church. With a passion for music, Brennen was an extremely talented musician. He had a kind and loving heart and will be missed by all.
Visitation will be Friday, October 31, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at East 91st St. Christian Church, 6049 E. 91st St. and Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. at the church.
Brennen is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Lisa Kiefer; brother, Trey Curtis; sister, Taylor Curtis; father, Chris C. Curtis II; grandparents, Donna Payne, Jack and Kathy Patrick, Cagle and Judy Curtis, Jane Curtis, and Robert and Patricia Kiefer; aunts, Cindy Horney (Mark) and Cathy Curtis; uncle, Greg Patrick; and his beloved dog, Dexter.
Final care and arrangements are entrusted to Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel, 9900 Allisonville Road.

At my sophomore year highschool Halloween party, Brennen and his band played. We were in band and orchestra together as well. Brennen was a beautiful and musical soul. I remember the choral piece he composed. I am absolutely heartbroken that the world lost this amazing person. I was bullied often throughout highschool and Brennen was always so kind and friendly to me and everyone. My heart aches for him and his family and all of our friends. Rest easy and I can't wait to hear the music you compose for the heavens <33 love you Brennen Curtis

Brennan was my favorite server at Houlihan's. Over the past year he has served me meals for business lunches, family birthdays and even my wedding anniversary. Each time we would talk a good bit about his hopes and dreams. I am stunned to hear of his passing and am praying for all affected by this loss.

i only briefly met Brennen once and my son knew him from band. My son shared a story that shows the caring , sweet nature of Brennen- my son had forgot to bring the proper shirt for his band performance and Brennen offered him his to wear for his performance because he wasn't due to perform until later. My son commenented on how kind that was of him and how he would always remember that act of kindness even though they didn't know each other very well.

Brennen was one of my son's very best friends. I remember Brennen hanging out with us at Aaron's band/shows. Our condolences to you and your family. Aaron and Brennen were very close as he was with many friends in the circle. We love Brennen and will miss him very much. We are saddened by this tragic news. He will be in our hearts forever. I remember brennen being the most outgoing kid i new in junior high. He was so little but his personality is so much bigger. He is hilarious and there is not one person who he hasnt touched. I remember seeing him walking to school (at fishers hs) and i stopped to pick him up and he insisted he was fine walking but , come on , its BRENNEN ! I made him get in the car and even though it was a short ride he made it fun. God is defiantly lucky to have an angel like him up there next to him. He got a good one . RIP brennen, we love you.
