Ann Elizabeth Lockhart Bennett Frame Ann Elizabeth Lockhart Bennett Frame, 70, beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 at Suncoast Hospice Care Center in Pinellas Park, Florida. She was born on May 17, 1951, in Glasgow, Scotland to the late Robert and Jean Bennett. She was the eldest of three lovely daughters born to Robert and Jean. Ann married James Frame on August 14, 1971. Together, they shared an unbreakable bond of admiration and love for one another that surpassed 50 years. Ann immigrated to the United States with her husband in the early 1970’s. Indiana was her permanent home for many years. Ann was self employed and took great pride in her family as well as being a phenomenal mother to their daughter, Suzanne and Son, Mark. She looked forward to retirement in 2012. Jim and Ann retired to Florida after finding a beautiful home in Seminole. She enjoyed all her friends in Indianapolis and in Seminole! She would often joke about being a “Snowbird” and loved the travel and enjoyed the sights driving from Indianapolis to Florida to pass up the snow for the sunshine during the Winter season. She traveled to many different places and enjoyed many different destinations. She enjoyed holidays, birthdays, cooking, shopping, travel, family and friends. Ann and her husband became United States citizens during the Summer of 2019. Ann was a 25year member of the Eastern Star, Oakland Chapter #159, which she enjoyed in her earlier years. Final arrangements and care are being entrusted to Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel located at 9606 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229. Ann’s celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 1pm to 3pm. Ann is survived by her husband, James Frame; children, Suzanne Frame-Bailey, Mark Frame (Carrie ), sister; Janice Anson, grandchildren; Jessica, Madison, Katelin, and Elizabeth and great-grandchild; Isabella. Preceding her in death were her parents Robert and Jean Bennett and her sister Wilma Bennett-Martin.
